Holiday Crew Lead

About the Role

Responsible for general warehouse, inventory, production, and install functions for the holiday program. Secures renewal contracts and provides clients with new items and designs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare renewal documents and communicate with clients to secure renewals.
• Assist Account Managers and Holiday Operations Manager with walkthroughs and new designs for holiday proposals.
• Track changes in orders for production, inventory, and installation.
• Maintain correct documentation for contracts, production, and installation specifications in Salesforce and Holiday Document Library.
• Maintain a photo library of all installations.
• Assist with other holidays as needed, including but not limited to Lunar New Year, Earth Day, Easter, and Halloween (staging materials, delivery, and installation functions).
• Assist with creating the holiday installation schedule.
• Schedule production tasks and assign tasks to seasonal workers to ensure all production is completed in time for installation.
• Communicate standards and techniques to seasonal workers.
• Responsible for 15% of holiday production.
• Track inventory use and need, and communicate all needs to procurement.
• Maintain appropriate supply inventory for production and installation.
• Stage all products and supplies needed for holiday installation daily.
• Assist with on-site installation as needed.
• Stow all returning material to expedite take-down.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to talk and/or hear.
• Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Frequently required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20-40 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Work in a varied field environment performing outdoor work with moderate to occasional loud noise.
