About the role

Certified Languages International (CLI) is a leading provider of interpreting services, established in 1996. CLI serves thousands of organizations across the country, helping them communicate with Limited English Proficient (LEP) speakers.

Responsibilities

• Provide over-the-phone interpretation services for a variety of industries including medical, insurance, financial, utility companies, customer service, and state courts.
• Interpret for clients 24/7 using CLI's online portal or landline telephone.
• Work from home, setting your own schedule.
• Paid per minute, with payment issued twice monthly via direct deposit.
• Interpreting experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in the United States legally (SSN or EIN and Photo ID required).
• Must reside in the United States.
• Must meet all U.S. legal requirements to work.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Hokkien (Minnan) language.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and confidentiality.
