About the role
This role involves performing various tasks related to electric motor and hoist maintenance and installation. Duties include troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, and assisting with project installations.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on motors and hoists
- Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on equipment
- Install new motors and hoists according to specifications
- Document work performed and report findings to supervisors
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to quality standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance
- Knowledge of electrical systems and mechanics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
