About the role

Heart of the House (HOH) Team Members are vital members of our kitchen staff, working in roles such as Assemble, Breading, and Grill. All Team Members are dedicated to serving guests quickly, efficiently, and with high-quality food that encourages repeat visits.

Responsibilities

- Hand bread proteins, cook fries, and assemble salads and sandwiches. - Adhere to all food safety practices and procedures. - Work on a fast-paced and intense kitchen cook line. - Enjoy teamwork and guest service. - Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace.

Requirements

• Excellent guest service skills
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Able to work 4-8 hour shifts from 9 am to 10 pm
• Able to work at least 3 days per week, including weekends
• Basic kitchen and food safety skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
• Ability to communicate positively with Team Members, Management, and Guests
• Continuously committed to menu and service training
