About the role

Our team of line cooks are the heart of our business—we refer to the kitchen as the Heart of the House. You’ll prepare and cook meats, vegetables, and other hot food products, determine portion sizes before cooking, and ensure final plate preparation aligns with Phil’s way, including plating, garnishing cooked items, and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu plates.
