The Position

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach!

Day-to-Day Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the lead coach in the delivery of a dynamic and inspiring class, ensuring each child is engaged and challenged.
• Supporting children in achieving their motor development goals while fostering a passion for movement and healthy habits.
• Ensuring an organized, structured, and enjoyable class environment.
• Providing hands-on individual and group attention to children, offering personalized guidance and support.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation starts at $20.00/hour for Coach positions and rates can increase up to $45.00/hour.

Requirements

• Proven experience in working with children, or currently in the process of learning about coaching/child development/education.
• An expressive, charismatic, and nurturing personality.
• Responsibility, dedication, and confidence with a strong work ethic.
• Energetic individual with a high level of enthusiasm.
• Ability to effectively manage groups of both children and adults.
• Must have working availability on Weekdays from 2:00PM to 6:30PM.
