About the role

Support the lead coach in delivering dynamic and inspiring classes, ensuring engagement and achievement of motor development goals while fostering a passion for movement and healthy habits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each child is engaged and challenged in a structured, organized, and enjoyable manner.
• Communicate effectively by reporting issues to the office and offering solutions.
• Achieve punctuality by being 15 minutes early for class.
• Set up and dismantle equipment efficiently.
• Provide hands-on individual and group attention, offering personalized guidance and support.

Requirements

• Proven experience in working with children, or actively learning about coaching/child development/education.
• An expressive, charismatic, and nurturing personality.
• Responsibility, dedication, and confidence with a strong work ethic.
• Energetic individual with high enthusiasm.
• Effective management of groups of both children and adults.
• Availability on weekdays from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
