About the role
The HOA & Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail space in downtown Durham. This includes managing vendors, ensuring compliance with HOA rules, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee vendor management and ensure compliance with HOA rules
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Coordinate with other departments as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of retail management experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with POS systems
- Knowledge of local business regulations
