HOA and Tax Coordinator (100% remote)

Responsibilities

Identify, monitor, and process HOA/Tax payments.

Accurate identification of tax authority and/or association requirements, including due dates, delinquency dates, total amounts due, and FC sale dates.

Job Specifications

  • Degree Requirement: HS Diploma or GED
  • Work Experience: 2 or more years of prior work-related experience
  • Additional Qualifications: Requires 1-3 years payment processing experience in Accounts Payable, Mortgage, Banking, or Real Estate.
  • Knowledge: Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Skills: High ethical standards, motivated, positive, team player, strong organization skills, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, ability to problem solve with little supervision.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required, some college preferred.
  • Real Estate/Mortgage servicing experience helpful but not required.
