HNW Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced High Net Worth (HNW) Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and managing a portfolio of high-value personal lines accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HNW account management, a deep understanding of carriers such as Chubb, AIG, and BerkleyOne, and a passion for providing white-glove service to clients.

Compensation Package

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of HNW personal lines accounts, with account sizes ranging from $20,000 to $50,000+ in premium.
• Handle all servicing needs, including renewals and policy changes, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and white-glove service.
• Collaborate with underwriters, producers, and claims teams to ensure seamless client support.
• Prioritize and maintain effective communication with clients to address their needs promptly.
• Resolve complex issues between clients and carriers, ensuring a positive outcome for all parties.
• Attend client meetings as needed to strengthen relationships and provide personalized service.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HNW account management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software.
• Carrier Knowledge: Familiarity with HNW carriers such as Chubb, AIG, and BerkleyOne.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, with a client-first mindset.
