Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs for state and local history enthusiasts.
• Conduct research on state and local history topics and compile findings into publications.
• Collaborate with other historians and organizations to promote state and local history.
• Manage and maintain historical archives and databases.
• Present at conferences and workshops related to state and local history.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in History, Library Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in state and local history.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience with digital archives and databases.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state and local history.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

Pay

$60,000 - $70,000 annually.

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
