Serves as a Civil Works staff historian, leading research, writing, oral history, and digital historical collection efforts; managing studies and contractor support; providing expert reference assistance; and serving as a Contracting Officer's Representative. This announcement is open to Command employees. This position requires a 1 year probationary period during which the agency evaluates your fitness and whether your continued employment advances the public interest.
