Histology Associate

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates foundational histotechniques of embedding, microtomy, coverslipping, processing and primary staining.
• Operates laboratory or manufacturing equipment.
• Receives detailed directions on all work.
• Follows standard operating procedures.
• Makes preparations for moderately complex techniques under the direction of more senior histology technicians.
• Makes bulk preparations of reagents.
