What This Role Looks Like
- Consistent weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday)
- Ongoing assignments with the same clients whenever possible
- One-on-one care in the client's home
- Support with personal care, mobility, companionship, dementia care, meal preparation, and daily routines
- Real support from a team that is responsive and invested in your success
Requirements
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
- Completed Live Scan background check
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Smartphone (iPhone or Android)
- Strong communication skills and reliability
