Key Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in Data Engineering/ETL/ELT development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks Data Engineering.
• Strong expertise in AWS Databricks, Python, Spark, SQL, and UNIX Shell Scripting.
• Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and Informatica.
• Knowledge of Finance or Insurance domain preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in performance tuning and optimizing data pipelines.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues.
• Experience supporting production applications, monitoring jobs, triaging incidents, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Excellent collaboration skills with development teams, technology partners, and business stakeholders.
