Hiring Speech Language Pathologist - Arroyo Grande

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team in Arroyo Grande, California. The ideal candidate will help students achieve their communication goals while collaborating with educators, families, and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct student evaluations and provide therapy services in accordance with individualized treatment plans and physician orders.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to positively impact student success.

Requirements

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in California
• CCC-SLP preferred and may be required by state or contract regulations
• Compliance with all professional standards of practice
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB clearance and required health documentation
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Experience working with students in a school-based setting
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
