About the role

The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently, Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Enforce regulations and directives for client sites regarding personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers.

Requirements

No experience necessary! A background in retail, food service, or hospitality is beneficial but not required. Securitas will provide training and everything needed for a great introduction to a career in the security industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the job.
