HIRING: Secure Enterprise Browser DevOps Engineer
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Secure Enterprise Browser DevOps Engineer with strong Production Support, DevOps, SRE, automation, and enterprise browser platform experience. You will be responsible for the reliability, availability, security, and performance of a business-critical secure enterprise browser platform. This is a hands-on production engineering role for someone who can automate operational processes, manage enterprise browser controls, lead incident response, and build highly reliable systems at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own production reliability, availability, and performance of the enterprise browser platform
- Manage browser version and extension lifecycle, including staged rollout, validation, and rollback
- Implement and manage Group Policy, SAML, SSO, identity and access controls
- Develop automation for deployment, configuration, monitoring, health checks, and operational tasks
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
- Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and service health metrics
- Develop observability, dashboards, performance analytics, and capacity monitoring
- Lead production incidents, troubleshooting, RCA, and post-incident reviews
- Identify and eliminate operational toil through automation
- Harden the platform against outages and mass-impact events
- Work closely with SRE, Incident Response, Security, and Platform Engineering teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of DevOps / SRE / Production Engineering experience
- Strong experience operating business-critical production systems
- Linux administration
- Strong Python and Bash scripting
- Infrastructure as Code and configuration management
- CI/CD and deployment automation
- Enterprise browser or endpoint management experience
- Group Policy / GPO
- SAML / SSO / Identity & Access Management
- Browser extension governance and lifecycle management
- Production monitoring and observability
- Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis
- Experience with on-call production support

We Are Looking For a Senior Engineer Who Treats operations as a software engineering problem, automates repetitive work and reduces operational toil, can remain calm and decisive during major production incidents, uses data and metrics to drive reliability improvements, takes ownership of production systems, and can work effectively within a small, highly experienced engineering team.
