Responsibilities
- Provide services to clients (ages 4-12) across home, school, and other community settings
- Teach acquisition skills such as language, social, self-help, and play skills
- Manage problem behavior and teach appropriate replacement skills
- Document data and progress throughout sessions
Requirements
- High school diploma required but Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Registered behavior technician (RBT) certification is preferred

Schedule
We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable with a schedule that changes week to week. All hours fall between Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–6:00 PM—never weekends! Start part-time, with the option to move into full-time. We truly value a healthy and happy work-life balance!
