Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and clinical guidelines
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and promote patient safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharge planning
- Educate and support patients and their families
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current RN license in the state of practice or compact state required
- Minimum of one year of hospital clinical experience preferred
