About the role
Alvita Care is hiring compassionate, clinically skilled Registered Nurses to provide one-on-one, individualized care to clients in their homes throughout Nassau County. Pay
$70–$75 (hourly), $120-$150 (SNV)

What You'll Do
- Deliver skilled nursing care in clients' homes
- Complete assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Develop and follow individualized care plans
- Cookorate with clients, families, and the care team
- Educate and support clients and families
- Document care accurately and on time
What You'll Need
- Active NY RN license
- Home care experience preferred (not required)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Up-to-date medicals/vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
- Completed drug screen or Habituation Form
