About the role

Join Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Part-time positions are available with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You'll work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and record data to monitor client progress

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required)
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field
• High school diploma (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, transition from sitting to standing unassisted, and lift up to 50 lbs
