About the role

Join TheKey as a Caregiver and help transform the lives of aging adults through exceptional in-home care. Full-time and part-time positions are available across all shifts, with drivers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients 1:1 with personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal assistance
• Perform light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Provide transportation: drive clients to appointments, run errands, and handle grocery shopping
• Offer companionship through games, puzzles, and other social/emotional support activities

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Minimum age of 18
• HCA Registration with the State of California (assistance provided upon hire)
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
• Compliance with state background screening requirements (fingerprint identification required)
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
