Hiring our Heroes Fellowship (12-week Remote program) - Human Capital

About the role

Are you interested in maximizing your military professional experience while learning how to transfer your skills to the corporate world? As a Hiring Our Heroes Human Capital Fellow at Deloitte, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in our Human Capital practice, gaining exposure to the work of industry leaders as they address complex challenges for clients. The Hiring Our Heroes Corporate fellowship program allows Transitioning Military members to participate in a 12‑week fellowship program while they remain employed by the Military. Fellows will be provided a Deloitte‑designed learning experience to prepare them for a client service environment with project shadowing integrated, allowing them to transition careers with confidence. Upon successful completion of this 12‑week fellowship fellows may have the opportunity to be considered for a full‑time role. Responsibilities

• Immerse yourself in Deloitte's Human Capital practice and gain exposure to industry leaders addressing complex client challenges.
• Participate in a 12‑week fellowship while remaining employed by the Military.
• Receive a Deloitte‑designed learning experience to prepare for a client‑service environment.
• Engage in project shadowing integrated into the fellowship.
• Develop skills to transition your military experience to a corporate career with confidence.
• Upon successful completion, be considered for a full‑time role at Deloitte.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Active Duty member of the US Armed Forces with authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program by your respective command.
• Enrolled in the Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible to participate in the fellowship program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Skills

• 2+ years of experience delivering technical solutions for HCM, workforce, personnel, payroll, or comparable enterprise systems.
• 1+ years of experience supporting integrations, data conversions, reporting, or testing for enterprise‑system implementations or enhancements.
• Prior experience or interest in learning Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Top Secret security clearance.
