What You'll Do

  • Perform preventative maintenance, including filter and fluid changes.
  • Install and replace rubber tracks and undercarriage components.
  • Assist with inspections and repairs on heavy equipment.
  • Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems with guidance from experienced technicians.
  • Use diagnostic tools and service manuals to identify equipment issues.
  • Maintain accurate service records and complete work safely and efficiently.
  • Keep a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine desire to learn.
  • Mechanical experience through work, school, military, farming, automotive, diesel, or personal projects.
  • Equipment experience is preferred but not required.
  • Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to be coached.
  • Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work in both shop and field environments.
