About the role

Responsibilities
- Teach English to young learners aged 3–16 in an engaging, supportive classroom.
- Deliver interactive lessons using our curriculum and digital learning tools.
- Plan and organize creative lessons and activities, applying time management, organization, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Adapt activities to different learners and apply communication, presentation, and creative skills to explain ideas clearly.
- Use creative arts, storytelling, music, drama, visual activities, crafts, or other creative approaches to make English learning engaging and memorable.
- Provide feedback and build positive relationships with students and parents, developing customer engagement and relationship-management skills.
- Participate in school events, student engagement, and cultural activities, applying creativity, communication, and teamwork.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and develop teamwork, leadership, and professional communication skills.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any subject
- Valid passport
- Strong English communication skills
- Interest in education, travel, international work, communication, creativity, or working with people
- Creativity, enthusiasm, adaptability, and willingness to learn
- Clean background check
No previous teaching experience required. TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA is a plus. Creative arts experience or a background in art, music, drama, theatre, dance, design, performance, storytelling, crafts, or other creative disciplines is also a plus.
