What You'll Do: Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility supportProvide companionship, emotional support, and social engagementHelp with meal preparation, feeding (as needed), and hydrationMaintain a clean and safe home environment (light housekeeping, linen changes)Assist with errands, grocery shopping, ot transportation when requiredFollow individualized care plans and report any changes to the care teamEnsure client comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
