Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
• Complete Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a safe and professional manner
• Provide personal companionship and engage in ongoing social & emotional support
• Aid with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
• Transport clients to and from appointments as needed
• Perform administrative tasks such as documenting completed tasks and reporting changes in client conditions

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiver experience
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA)
• Valid and active MD CNA/GNA certification
• Proof of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a reliable vehicle
• Open availability preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
