About the role

We are actively seeking fully licensed mental health clinicians who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in patients’ lives through the in-patient care we provide at the facilities that we serve.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document progress notes and maintain client records

Requirements

• Full licensure as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, LMHC, LMFT, or LPC
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Passing score on the Praxis II exam (if required)
• Continuing education credits in mental health fields

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in clinical software and documentation systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
