About the role

Provide personal care services to patients in a variety of settings including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and home health agencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting.
• Monitor patient’s condition and report changes to supervising nurses.
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during all interactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
