Hiring: Flexible In‑Home Childcare Provider

About the role

Are you passionate about caring for children and creating a safe, nurturing environment right in their home?

We are looking for warm, reliable, and energetic caregivers to provide in-home childcare for families Monday–Friday, on an as-needed basis. We support families with all age groups, from infants to school-aged children, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, high-quality care in the family's home
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities
• Maintain a safe, positive, and structured environment
• Support daily routines such as meals, naps, and playtime
• Communicate effectively with families and our team

Requirements

• Experience working with children of various ages
• Dependable, professional, and nurturing personality
• Able to adapt to flexible, as-needed schedules
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Clean background check
