About the role

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is hiring for various positions in Wichita, KS.

Responsibilities

• Driver Merchandiser: Deliver products, merchandise accounts, and build customer relationships throughout the Wichita market.
• Driver in Training: Get paid while learning to earn your Class A CDL. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in becoming a professional CDL A Driver Merchandiser.
• Warehouse Order Builder: Build customer orders and prepare products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Merchandiser: Stock, rotate, and merchandise Coca-Cola products at retail locations throughout the Wichita area.

Requirements

• Driver Merchandiser: Starting at $25.00/hour.
• Driver in Training: $17/hour while in training, then role dependent.
• Warehouse Order Builder: Starting at $19.00/hour.
• Merchandiser: Starting at $19.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Driver Merchandiser: High school diploma or equivalent, valid CDL.
• Driver in Training: Valid CDL, willingness to train.
• Warehouse Order Builder: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Merchandiser: High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

• Driver Merchandiser: Customer service skills, ability to work independently.
• Driver in Training: Ability to follow directions, willingness to learn.
• Warehouse Order Builder: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Merchandiser: Organizational skills, attention to detail.
