About the role

Kindred Northland is hosting a Walk‑In Hiring Event on Wednesdays beginning September 30th from 10 am – 3 pm at Kindred Hospital Northland, 500 Northwest 68th St, Kansas City, MO 64118. No appointment is needed; interviews are conducted on the spot for Registered Nurse (RN), Respiratory Therapist (RT/RRT/CRT), and Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) positions. Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN schedules are available, with day and night shifts on MedSurg teams.

Benefits

• Sign‑on bonus: $15,000 for RN, $10,000 for LPN, $20,000 for RT (full‑time positions)

Schedule

Day and night shifts are offered for most positions.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification as applicable
• Minimum six (6) months experience in an acute care setting or long‑term care facility preferred
