About the Role

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent our brand and culture by delivering exceptional client experiences. You'll build lasting relationships, provide account servicing, and educate clients on our products and services, helping them achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling/canceling meetings using a tablet.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options, such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, adhering to bank policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Qualifications

• Ability to put clients first, exceed expectations, and build trusted relationships.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn products, services, and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
• Cash handling experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
