Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is hosting a hiring event. Date: October 15, 2026, 10am–2pm at the Lenexa Distribution Center, 9000 Marshall Dr., Lenexa, KS 66215. Enter on the south side of the building at the main entrance.

Positions Available

We are hiring Merchandisers. Full and part-time roles are available, with routes in different locations across the KC Metro area.

Responsibilities

• Stock Coca-Cola beverage products in retail accounts.
• Ensure all beverage sections, end caps, racks, and displays are filled for consumers to purchase our products.
• Monitor product date codes and rotate products to ensure the best quality and freshness.

Schedule

• Full time: Work starts at 7am and continues until the route is complete. Weekends are required, with 2 weekdays off.
• Part time: 25–30 hours per week including weekends. 7am start.

Pay

$19.75

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred and minimum of one year of work experience required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, manual labor, or related field is required.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within policy guidelines, including no major violations within the last three years.
• Prior experience using equipment such as pallet jacks and high loader lifts preferred.
• Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire is required.
• Basic computer application and technology skills; knowledge of how to operate a smart phone and/or laptop.
• Flexibility with work hours; able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays due to customer demand.
