We are hosting a hiring event for all applicants on July 6th, 2026 from 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM. The event is at Arch Telecom, 1847 El Camino Real, Burlingame, CA 94010.

About the role

As a Mobile Associate (MA), you will work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. You will live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom's Core Values. Your role involves creating energy and excitement around our products and services, building meaningful connections with customers, and continuously working to build expertise in uncovering customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
  • Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
  • Sell personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan, including unique accessories and IoT devices.
  • Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and sharing your expertise.
  • Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.
  • Demonstrate how our ever-expanding coverage stacks up in their neighborhood, why plans and services will let them live unlimited, feel the love, stay connected, and go further, and how we are redefining wireless.
  • Complete training on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
  • Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels, including business and customer service to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues.
  • Identify and handoff small business leads and develop strong peer relationships.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Qualifications

  • A strong desire to learn and master the skills required of our customer advocates and build meaningful connections with our customers.
  • A competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • A willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
  • An effective balance between customer experience and performance goals.
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.

  • Knowledge of digital tools and systems.
