Positions Hiring For

• Full-Time Merchandiser – Hutchinson

Job Responsibilities

Mercandisers stock Coca-Cola products in retail accounts, ensuring shelves, displays, coolers, racks, and end caps are fully stocked and properly maintained. Responsibilities include rotating product, monitoring date codes, and maintaining product quality and freshness.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum one year of work experience required; grocery, retail, warehouse, merchandising, manual labor, or related experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work.
• Personal vehicle required for work use.
• Valid driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and acceptable driving record with no major violations within the last three years.
• Experience with pallet jacks and high-loader lifts preferred.
• Able to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire.
• Basic technology skills, including smartphone and/or laptop use.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent speaking, customer interaction, and communication.
• Constant near and far vision for reading and product inspection.
• Frequent use of technology for communication and reporting.
• Frequent walking throughout customer locations.
• Frequent bending, squatting, lifting (up to 40 lbs.), pushing, and pulling.
