About the Role

Danville Centre for Health & Rehab, a 106-bed healthcare center offering short-term rehabilitative and long-term care, is seeking a caring CNA to join our team. We provide a variety of clinical care programs and therapies, with a vision to transform healthcare through education, empowerment, and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents, maintaining high-quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations, as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure all nursing personnel comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility.

Requirements

• Possess an Active Nursing license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR Certification.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, maintaining confidentiality.
