Requirements

• 2‑3+ years of restaurant kitchen manager experience
• Previous casual dining experience preferred in a chain‑restaurant environment
• Strong back‑of‑house leadership skills
• People‑first leadership mindset

• Passion for hospitality
• ServSafe certification a plus (training provided)
