The company is holding a hiring event at the Lynchburg Office on September 22nd from 10:00‑14:00 (53 Pine Haven Drive, Suite D, Lynchburg, VA 24502) for multiple security positions with various shifts and pay rates.

Responsibilities

• Access control for guests, tenants, and vendors
• Enforcement of client and company policies and procedures
• Observation and reporting of security and safety hazards
• Conduct routine foot patrols in and around the building
• Report pertinent issues and incidents to the operations manager, client, and appropriate department managers
• Interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Work inside and outside in varying temperatures
• Stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, and perform some lifting
• May sit in front of a computer for prolonged periods

Requirements

• Minimum age 21 years
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to operate and maintain site‑specific security programs
• At least one year of verifiable work experience (military, concierge, or an AA/BA in a related field may be substituted)
