About the role

The IGNITE Program is designed to train driven individuals with zero mortgage experience into fully licensed, high-producing Loan Officers. This is not an internship or shadowing role; it's the start of a high six-figure career.

Responsibilities

• Train directly under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
• Apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching
• Make and receive calls from warm, inbound leads
• Learn our CRM and loan origination technology
• Deliver high-quality customer service to clients and referral partners
• Participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives
• Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, results-driven environment

Requirements

• No mortgage experience needed—paid training provided
• Bachelor’s degree OR minimal experience in sales, military, retail, restaurant, or commission-based roles
• Outgoing, competitive, and naturally strong with people
• Excellent communication skills (phone, written, and in-person)
• Highly motivated by income, growth, and performance
• Thrives under high expectations and fast-paced environments
• Self-starter with strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Someone who wants to win, not just work

Pay

First-Year Earnings Expectation: $85K-$125K; 2nd year earnings as Executive LO $200k+

Open availability Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (No nights or weekends)
