About the role
This is typically a part-time position with a rotating schedule, including every other weekend. Full-time opportunities may occasionally become available.
We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules. Examples include:
- : 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Responsibilities
Helping individuals with disabilities with daily routines like personal care and passing medications.
Doing a bit of light housekeeping and cooking to keep things comfortable and welcoming.
Driving individuals to appointments and helping them stay connected to their community.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license and at least 19 years old
- Experience in a direct care role
- Willingness to work every other weekend
Qualifications
Must be able to pass a MN DHS Background Check.
