Join us at the Commonwealth Fusion Systems Hiring Day on August 15th at CFS headquarters in Devens, Massachusetts. We’re hiring production technicians to support fusion energy innovation.
About the role
We’re looking for production technicians at a variety of levels to work on weekday nights and weekend shifts, which include a 10% to 30% pay differential. The base pay ranges from $30–$41 per hour before differentials, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with benefits and equity in the company.
Responsibilities
- Work with electromechanical parts and assemblies
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing discrepancies
- Read and interpret assembly drawings and wiring diagrams with great attention to detail
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a production technician
Pay
Base hourly rate: $30–$41 (before shift differentials).
- Weekday second shift (Monday–Friday, 2 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.): +10%
- Weekday third shift (Monday–Friday, 10 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.): +15%
- Weekend first shift (Friday–Sunday, 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.): +15%
- Weekend second shift (Friday–Sunday, 6 p.m. – 6 a.m.): +30%
