About the role
Responsible for driving vehicles within the Great Lakes region. Duties include transporting goods and passengers safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles in compliance with all safety regulations
- Load and unload cargo from vehicles safely
- Ensure vehicle maintenance and fueling are performed regularly
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
Requirements
- Valid CDL A license
- At least 2 years of driving experience
- Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and road conditions
Skills
- Proficient in using GPS navigation systems
- Experience with commercial vehicle maintenance
