About the role
Exhava Home Care is looking for compassionate caregivers to join our team. You’ll provide vital support to seniors and adults in the comfort of their own homes, with the convenience of weekly pay, flexible schedules, and a supportive team atmosphere where you're valued.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors
Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
- Active California Home Care Aide registration (we can show you how)
- Recent TB test or chest X-ray results
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (valid ID, Social Security card)
Pay
$20–$25 per hour
