About the Role

Bayshore Home Care is urgently hiring experienced Caregivers, Care Providers, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Home Health Aides to work with seniors in their own homes throughout Pinellas County, Florida. This position is ideal for individuals with prior hands-on experience with seniors, including:

• Caregivers, Care Providers, and Home Health Aides
• Certified Nursing Assistants, Resident Care Aides, and Medication Technicians
• Retirees looking for meaningful work
• Parents balancing work and school navigation
• Nursing students seeking field experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with all activities of daily living, including bathing and toileting
• Provide companion care and conversation
• Keep the client's area tidy and prepare basic meals

Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience with seniors
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening (Florida Clearinghouse)
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and auto insurance
