Responsibilities

• Provide cognitive and behavioral support, including gentle reminders, redirection, and structure to reduce confusion and anxiety
• Assist with personal care: dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals with respect and patience
• Maintain a calm, familiar, and organized home environment through basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transport clients to appointments, run errands, and handle grocery shopping
• Offer companionship through conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to cognitive needs

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured and registered personal vehicle
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Compliance with state background screening requirements
