Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels
• Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surroundings
• Stock rooms with necessary items such as soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify and report items guests have left behind using the hotel's lost and found procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to multi-task
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Team player mentality
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hotel services and operations
• Understanding of hotel service hours and surrounding area

Pay

Compensation range: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
