Responsibilities

• Providing services to clients (ages 3-12) across school, home, clinic and other community settings
• Teaching acquisition skills such as language, social, self-help, and play skills
• Managing problem behavior and teaching appropriate replacement skills
• Documenting data and progress throughout sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma required but Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Registered behavior technician (RBT) certification is preferred

Pay

Competitive hourly wages that value your skills and dedication, ranging from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour

Schedule

We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable with a schedule that varies across the day, with all hours falling between Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–6:00 PM. Start part-time, but quickly move into full-time. We truly value a healthy and happy work-life balance!
