Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of a Panera restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Train and motivate staff to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and certifications.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall restaurant performance.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of restaurant management experience.
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid drivers license.
- A passion for the food service industry and a commitment to being a People First Person.
- Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications (optional but preferred).
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Experience with restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.

Compensation details are competitive and commensurate with experience.
